Hi! I’m Joshlyn Sofia Burns—I’m 28 years old, a wife to my amazing husband, a follower of Jesus Christ, and a self-taught photographer based in Northwest Indiana and serving the Chicagoland area.

I started taking photos just for fun, not knowing it would grow into one of my greatest passions. Every time I step behind the camera, I fall more in love with the ability to capture the beauty that God has placed in everything and everyone. I’m deeply thankful to Jesus for blessing me with this gift and the chance to create lasting memories for others.

Photography, to me, is more than just taking pictures—it’s about preserving moments that matter. Whether I’m shooting a portrait, a celebration, or a candid memory in soft natural light, my goal is to make every image feel warm, personal, and timeless.

I specialize in portrait and milestone photography with a creative edge, using my Canon Rebel T6i and 85mm lens to create soft backgrounds and sharp, expressive shots. My style blends elegance with authenticity—I want you to feel beautiful, confident, and completely yourself in front of my lens.

One verse that continues to inspire both my heart and my work is:
